[ Fujikawa Kogei Co., Ltd. ] (hereinafter referred to as "our company") establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy") regarding the handling of user information including personal information about users in the services provided by our company (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). 7. Disclosure of Personal Information

When we receive a request from a user or his/her representative for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, elimination, suspension of provision to third parties, or disclosure of records of provision to third parties (hereinafter "disclosure, etc.") of personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, we will disclose the information to the user or his/her representative without delay after confirming that the request is made by the user himself/herself or his/her representative.
